Another interesting thing with Pause is that they seem to be sponsored or owned by a designer toy company called Roughtoyz (the name and website address is listed on a sign at the entrance). One corner of the cafe has a large display case, with examples of their works, which I don’t think are for sale. I love that afro guy you see in the 3rd picture. He’s a character that appears in editorial strips that I often see in magazines like BRUTUS.
