Dotonburi

Got back last night from our weekend trip to Osaka, and what a great trip it was. Took loads of pics, as well as made quite a few Tokyo Boy entries, so please go to the TB site to view them all as only the most recent 12 entries are shown on the Nej main page. I’ll start with probably the most obvious image to capture when you’re in Osaka, that famous Glico sign over the Dotonburi river where all the crazy Hanshin Tigers go and jump in when they win an important game. We were there around 5-6 at night, and little did we know that the Tigers were actually playing their first game in the Japan Series championship that night. Glad we weren’t there later as it gets really crazy.
