  • The latest issue of BRUTUS, their 600th, celebrates anonymous design, meaning classic items that don’t have a name designer attached to them. It’s a rather nice feature, and they also include an insert, “My Best Anonymous,” with picks from various creators.
  • PEN (182) takes a look at “Vintage Watches,” a topic I can’t say I was very interested in, and just quickly skimmed. I was much more interested by their piece featuring the work of photographer Jonas Bendiksen.
  • The new issue of REAL DESIGN (10) is all about “Black Design,” with a roundup of the most stylish black items you’re likely to see. They also covered a few new items from Muji in black (I love their new travel set), as well as a black Uniqlo store in Osaka.
