Swedish Surfing

ncm-blog

You were mentioning cold and snow? A while ago I went with my friends to check out the Swedish surfing scene near Stockholm. When we went it was about 11 degrees (celsius) in the air and 7 in the water. Big up to Niklas and Lars who were in the water! I was freezing my butt off on the shore even if I was all North Faced up (as Jean would say) and went to sleep in the car instead of trying out the stormy waves. But I did manage to write an article about it for the swedish online magazine Superlounge (in swedish, sorry).

These pictures are from The Swedish Surfing Championships and I think it’s kinda funny there is snow on the ground. You can find more pictures over at kallsupen.com and even a quite amusing movie over at SVT (scroll down to “Surf SM”). Surfs up, dude!
