No Lumines Live in Japan?

Where the hell is LUMINES LIVE? The Xbox Live Arcade game has been available for download since Wednesday, but it’s still not available in the XBLA download section every time I check (which is ridiculously often). I want my LUMINES LIVE! I even picked up some Microsoft Points from the combini earlier in the week in anticipation of getting the game. Please, please, please don’t tell me Japan is not going to have access to it.
