New Construction in Aoyama

I was in Aoyama today and noticed this construction being done in that big parking lot area — across the street from Spiral, where they often have short-term event spaces. It seems major, since they’re working on the entire parking lot, and not just a corner, like they did for the Xbox Lounge and Nakata.net Cafe. I wonder what’s up!

Update: A reader has heard that it will be a Kinokuniya and Macy’s.
