Brewster’s Millions

One of those wacky comedies of the era, and you know what, it was still pretty fun to watch. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not a great film, but the ridiculous premise still works, and I quite enjoyed watching Richard Pryor again. I’m pretty surprised to see it was directed by Walter Hill though, since I always remembered him as being more of an action movie kinda guy — and interestingly, I’m currently enjoying two comic series he’s written (and originally published in France), Triggerman and The Assignment.
