This is such a great project. “YamanoteYamanote” sees two Tokyo-based designers (Julien Mercier and Julien Wulff) produce a pair of posters inspired by each of the 29 stations on the Yamanote line. They’ve produced posters for Akihabara (pictured), Kanda, and Tokyo so far. Via Tokyo Soup.
As I just wrote in my Debaser agenda, I’m playing the Last Window, sequel to Hotel Dusk, and the person who got me the copy is UK-based designer Dan Clarke, who also created these two wonderful posters in honor of the games.
The following trailer by Matt Vince for an imaginary The Legend of Zelda animated film by Studio Ghibli is borderline torture (while being fantastic at the same time). Oh to dream for such a thing to happen. He created the trailer following the popularity of a few posters he produced last year that imagined such a film happening.
