  • Miyamoto, Close to my Heart

Oh man, if you’re a Nintendo-boy like me, then this tee is, well, I’ve already contacted the creator about getting one. These are indie-made (looks like he’s based in Montreal), and he’s planning on doing a series of different personalities. But come on, it’s all about the Miyamoto goodness!

  • T-Shirts as Media Exhibition

Finally, something else to see at the KDDI Designing Studio: The popular “T-Shirts As Media” tees as well as back numbers of their free-paper Dictionary will be on display. The shirts will also be up for sale. (TAB) Until June 18.

  • Literally Threadless

Damn. I was planning on ordering a bunch of tees at Threadless before the end of the sale (June 10), and while checking out the site yesterday, I noticed that there’s nothing still available (they’ve sold out of loads of stuff) that I want (or don’t already have). Guess I’ll have to wait a while…

  • Chikuwab

Che of Octopus Dropkick! posts about a t-shirt design shop he discovered at the latest Design Festa called Chikuwab. They have an online shop, and alhtough I’ve just started looking through it, there’s definitely a lot to like. Looks like I’m going to have a lot of fresh new tees for the Summer!

  • Seleqlo

The outside display in front of Rocket Gallery during the Seleqlo shop/event. I went on the last day, and still found nothing but lameness.

  • Threadless Sale

My favorite online tee shop, Threadless, has every tee on sale for $10 until June 6. Go, shop, enjoy! I’m probably going to pick up a few.

  • New at GENEVEtokyo

GENEVEtokyo has a new free paper out (5), as well as two new t-shirts (“Human” and “Melancholy”).

  • Hajime Anzai

A few more pics of the Hajime Anzai t-shirt exhibition at Lapnet Ship. I moblogged this, and a few more things today (like the closing of the Sputnik Pad, as well as the complete disappearance of Planet 3rd in Shibuya), but for some reason it hasn’t posted here. You can see them on my Flickr…

  • Dirty, Dirty Harajuku

Marxy gives us the lowdown (from a SHUKAN POST article) on some Nigo-related tax evasion schemes.

  • Pig on Nigo

Pig magazine has a fairly long interview with Nigo online (from their September 2004 issue).
