Rodney Fun Shop
Want to get some lovely Parappa the Rapper and Rodney goods? The Rodney Fun Shop (or RodneyFun.Com Shop) is there for you, jam packed with all manner of merch covered with the art of Rodney Alan Greenblat’s characters. So much stuff I’d love to get here. The latest episode of the excellent web documentary series Toco Toco features animation producer Shoji Murahama. Originally working at Gainax, and then founder of Gonzo, it’s interesting to see him here working at Emon Animation Company, a Chinese company that aims for a global audience and produces series for web streaming.

Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV
I’m going to go against the grain and say that I actually quite enjoyed watching Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV. My friend James didn’t like it much, as he wrote in this review, and although I can’t fault a lot of the points he brings up, I was dazzled by the visuals. The action sequences are all…

The Red Turtle

Goods at the Gundam Cafe
I’m looking at the goods page from the Gundam Cafe in Tokyo, and I pretty much want everything there (my wife screamed when she saw the dishes, like the plate with Char, pictured). Found via my buddy Andrew, who got this glass (which I want too).

Studio Ghibli Merch at Hot Topic
Hot Topic has a surprising large amount of merch — t-shirts, hoodies, and more — based on properties from Ghibli movies (like the My Neighbor Totoro tee pictured in this post). Most of it is surprisingly cheap too. Found via my buddy Shane.
