  • OK Fred returns with another “Gorilla Store,” again at OK Fred HQ, and this time in collaboration with Assistant and PMKFA‘s It’s Our Thing. Expect a very eclectic collection of items on sale. The store will be open Saturday and Sunday (June 14-15), 14:00-19:00.
  • Chris Palmieri’s band, Dryfishbutterfly, is having a gig this Sunday (June 15) at the Shinjuku Golden Gai Gekijo event space in (Maruha Bldg. 1F, 1-1-7 Kabukicho), two in fact, at 14:30 and 18:00. Lots of other acts too, and tickets are normally 3,000 yen, but only 1,500 yen if you mention “dryfishbutterfly” at the door. I’ve been listening to their recently released first album (you can buy it from their site), and it’s great.
