Rocket League

I thought this game looked fun when I first saw a trailer for it a few months ago, and having played it now, it’s even better than I was hoping. Yeah, sure, playing soccer while driving cars sounds incredibly weird and nonsensical, but it really is a blast to play, with the driving controls perfectly tuned for the rapid direction changes that you need to do. This is a great game, and if you’re on PS+ it’s a free download this month, so no excuse not to take it out for a spin.
